Store Policy
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped from Singapore. If I am unable to ship to your country, you will be refunded.
It may take me up to two weeks to begin shipping your order, depending on mine and the courier's schedule. (Best case scenario: a few days)
I will ship out your order when all products for the order have arrived. For example, if you order something that's in stock, but also a pre-order, your order will be shipped when the pre-order arrives.
SG estimated delivery: 2-3 working days, tracking included.
International estimated delivery: 1-3 months; US/UK tracking via JustShip. Otherwise, by tracked Singpost.
Untracked via Singpost.
NOTE: If you are in the USA/UK, it might be a while before your tracking number gets shown on the website! This is normal. Please reach out to me in a week if there's still nothing by then.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you select 'No Tracking', you are not entitled to refunds or replacements should your product not arrive. Singpost has a history of late/missed parcels in US, Canada, and Australia, and you accept this risk when you choose this shipping option.
However, if you ordered Tracking, please see the 'Lost/Missing Parcel' section.
If your parcel is returned to me, I may make an attempt to re-send it, but if it is lost, there is nothing I can do.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Import tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other customs fees are not included in the costs listed on the storefront. The buyer will require any additional charges resulting from import tax after the arrival of their package. It is illegal to mark items as 'gifts' or undercharge on customs declarations to avoid import taxes.
LOST/MISSING PARCEL
Should you choose Tracking, and you are based in Canada or Australia, please let me know if the tracking does not budge for >2 weeks and you do not receive your product. I will re-ship your product as many times as I can (until it becomes too costly for me to re-ship, in which you will be offered a refund).
REFUND POLICY
The buyer may refund their order any time before it is shipped out. After your order has shipped, refunds are no longer available.
RETURN POLICY
This shop does not accept returns.
UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED PARCELS POLICY
There are various reasons why a parcel may be undeliverable. The process of retrieving a replacement will depend on the situation:
ADDRESS ISSUES
If the buyer's order was not delivered due to the printing of the wrong label, the shop will cover all costs of sending replacement items.
If the buyer's order was not delivered due to an incorrect, insufficient, malformed, or outdated address, the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of replacing the items.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Sometimes parcels will get marked as 'ready for pickup' at the buyer's local post office for various reasons.
If a buyer fails to claim their parcel and the order is returned, the shop will reach out to the buyer to arrange a second delivery attempt. The buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs.
Any unclaimed parcels that are returned will not be eligible for refunds.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Domestic (Singapore) orders are considered undelivered if they don't reach the buyer within three (3) weeks after the shipped date.
International (non-SG) orders are considered undelivered if they don't reach the buyer within six (6) weeks after the shipped date.
If your order has not arrived after the period of time mentioned above, please reach out to the store and request a replacement or refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you, the buyer, receive damaged items in your order, please reach out to me (via the Contact Form) with photo or video proof and your order number (in the form #ABCD-123456)
If there are still items in stock, the shop will send a first replacement free of charge. Otherwise, the buyer will be refunded. Any additional replacement requests will need shipping costs covered by the buyer.
